Machine designed for the supply of in a controlled way material for mailing industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, publishing and other industries that need manipulate untied material (not in roll): sheets, cardboards, labels, envelopes, flat boxes, plastic or aluminium bags, leaflets, cards, sales promotion, sticks, operating instruccions, etc.

  • Feeding over conveyor to mark on addresses, dates, batches, prices, logos, etc.
  • Provision of material on multihead weighers.

We also have a dispenser / feeder for load in a vertical position. Is used for thicker materials such as cardboards, folding boxes, magazines, books, cd boxes, booklets, kits, etc.

CONTROLLED SUPPLY

In automatic packaging lines (“L” wrappers, flow-pack, …), controlled feeding on conveyor belts for marking, labeling, etc.
The product to be supplied must be flat and loose: labels, documents, envelopes, cases, cards, cards, sheets, diptychs, triptychs, etc. In short any product of flexible or semi-rigid material and small thickness.
The dimensions of the product determine the model of suitable dispenser DP / DG / D45

The supply can be started by the run button or by receiving an external signal.
This signal can come from the machine in which the dispenser is installed or from a photocell that gives the supply order when detecting the object on which it is desired to position the product, the pusher of the line itself, etc.

There is the possibility to install an LCD screen and a control keyboard. This allows to pre-select an amount and carry out the supply in groups, with the desired units of product.
